From 1 June 2026, WEBFIS was acquired by Clearlake Insurance Brokers — Australia’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage. Our clients will continue to be supported by the same team, with the same personalised approach, now backed by Clearlake’s expanded insurer relationships, claims resources, and national network.

WEBFIS was founded on the belief that insurance broking should be personal. Led by Principal and Certified Insurance Professional Elaine Zheng-Chen, the practice grew from a boutique Sydney operation into a recognised name in general insurance broking, earning industry awards across more than a decade and building a reputation for exceptional claims advocacy.
Elaine is known for her ability to handle complex claims from start to finish — preparation, submission, insurer negotiation, and final settlement — consistently securing the best possible outcomes for clients. Elaine has joined Clearlake Insurance Brokers and will continue to serve WEBFIS clients with the same dedication and personal care they have always received.
